I was charged but my purchase failed
What happened
Sometimes the store charges your payment method before Vuvie finishes unlocking coins or membership.
What to do
- Force-close and reopen the app.
- Open Profile → Wallet and pull to refresh.
- On iOS/Android, try Restore Purchases from the Store or Membership screen.
- If coins or membership still do not appear within 15 minutes, contact us with a screenshot of the store receipt.
Web purchases
Web Store orders can take a minute to sync. Check the same account email you used at checkout.
